Runs on your own runner are never counted. Hosted site-runs reset on the 1st of the month (UTC).
Good to know
- What is a site-run?
- One site walked through its tests once, on one device, by one of our runners. Ten sites nightly on two devices is 600 a month.
- What is a runner?
- The open-source engine on a machine: ours in the shared pool, or yours (an office box with a GPU, a cloud instance, a laptop). Yours always takes precedence.
- Why verify my site?
- Our runners only test sites you have proven are yours: a file, a meta tag or a DNS record, once. A verified domain covers its subdomains. Your own runners skip this.
- Can hosted runners reach my staging?
- Only if it is publicly reachable. Private hosts, VPN-only and localhost are for your own runner.
- Which model does it use?
- Any vision model ollama serves. Our runners use a current open model; on your own runner you pick, and bigger models make it better for free.
- Cloud or self-hosted, once more?
- Cloud: we run the control plane at qa.pro and the runners, unless you bring your own. Self-hosted: you run the control plane too. Free for one person; a licence for a team.
