The service
QA.pro Cloud is a control plane for running the open-source QA.pro engine against websites you own or are authorised to test. You are responsible for that authorisation. Testing sites you have no right to test, or in a way that harms them, ends the account.
Your data
It stays yours. We process it to provide the service as described in the privacy page.
Plans and payment
Hosted plans bill monthly or yearly in advance and can be cancelled any time; the period already paid runs out, no refunds for partial periods. Self-hosted licences are billed per year. Prices are on the pricing page and can change with 30 days' notice.
Fair use
Per-site pricing assumes tests run a few times a day. Hosted runners are metered as site-runs; your own runners are unlimited.
Availability and liability
We aim for the service to be up and we tell you when it is not. It is provided as is; our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months. A tester can miss a bug; it does not replace your own judgement.
Open source
The engine and the single-server panel are licensed under Apache 2.0 and are not covered by these terms. The code under ee/
is covered by the QA.pro Enterprise License.
